Production Lead
Intent (why we're hiring): We seek to produce high-quality items that can be cherished by our customers. To do this we need a sharp and driven individual to help oversee and execute business operations.
Description:This is a jack of all trades position in which you will take a position of planning and oversight, ensuring the overall success of Dwell. The primary activity of this role is production in which you will need to master production methods such as direct-to-garment, sublimation and UV printing, and product assembly.
Position Goal: The goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction and business success by being innovative while executing best practices with attention to detail.
Who we're looking for: We are looking for someone who is self-managed and passionate about what they do. You should have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail. If you are energized by the idea of helping make a vision come to life, then this is the place for you!
Requirements:
Compensation: Pay for this position will be determined based on ability. This is an hourly role that can become salaried over time.

Tasks Include:
- Workforce coordination
- Strategic planning
- Applying designs onto products as ordered
- Prepare and assemble products as needed
- Maintain production equipment
- Receive and store shipments of new inventory
- Organize and track inventory
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
